5 Immune Booster Juice Healthy Drinks to Boost Your Immunity

Turmeric Ginger Tea | Immune Booster Juice | Green Papaya Soup | Watermelon Mint Drink | Orange and Black Grapes Juice

Immune Booster Juice that supporting your immune system.

1: Turmeric Ginger Tea

Ingredients: (preparation for 4 ,100ml each )

  • Water
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Whole black pepper
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Jaggery
  • Lemon

Wash all the fruits and vegetables before use with baking soda or with hot water

Method:

  • Take tea pan and put 2 glass of water in it (around 500 ml). Turn on the gas and put it on medium flame.
  • Add ½ table spoon of turmeric in it and mix well.
  • Then cut 1 inch garlic piece and crush it well. Do not grind, crush it with the help of mortar & pastel.
  • After the water start boiling, add crush garlic in it
  • Then take 6 black pepper, crush them too as you crushed garlic and add it in the boiling water.
  • Now take ½ inch cinnamon stick and add in the mix. You can crush cinnamon as well if you like strong cinnamon flavour.
  • Allow the mix to boil, till it get the light orange colour.
  • Add 2 tbsp jaggery in it. You can increase its sweetness adding more jiggery. After 2 minutes turm of the gas. Strain the mix with strainer.
  • Add a few drops off lemon and the drink is ready to serve.

Don’t Do:

  • Do not grind garlic or black pepper.
  • You can replace jaggery with honey but not sugar.

2: Immune Booster Juice

Ingredients:   (batch of 30 litres for a single day use 4 person)

  • 30-litre water container
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Cloves
  • Dry Ginger
  • Thin cotton cloth piece 5 inch / 5 inch

Method:

  • Take the container and transfer 30 liters water in it.
  • Take a medium size cotton cloth. Put 4 pieces of 3 inch cinnamon sticks , 10 whole cloves and 4 inch of dry ginger in the middle and make a bundle. You can replace fresh and crushed ginger with dry ginger.
  • Put this bundle in the water and leave it for overnight.
  • From the next day, start drinking the water as the regular water.

Don’t Do,

  • Do not add sugar or salt it.
  • Do not use any of the ingredients in powder form.

3: Green Papaya Soup

Ingredients:(preparation for 4 ,100ml each )

  • Green papaya
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Mint leaves
  • Black salt

Wash all the fruits and vegetables before use with baking soda or with hot water

Method:

  • Take tea pan add water in it (around 500 ml). Turn on the gas and put it on medium flame.
  • Put the pan on it
  • Add ½ table spoon of turmeric in it and allow it to boil
  • Peel of the papaya skin and grade it.
  • Put the grated papaya in the pan and mix it well.
  • After that add crushed ginger and black pepper in the boiling water. Cover the pan and allow it to boil for 15 min.
  • Turn of the gas, and strain the liquid in a bowl.
  • Garnish it with fresh mint leave and black salt as per taste.
  • Add lemon juice to enhance taste.

Don’t Do:

  • Do not grind anything.

4: Watermelon Mint Drink

Ingredients : (preparation for 4 ,100ml each )

  • Water melon 1.5 kg
  • Ginger
  • Mint leaves
  • Black salt
  • Lemon
  • Crush Black pepper

Wash all the fruits and vegetables before use with baking soda or with hot water

Method:

  • Cut water melon in small pieces and take the red part only. Remove all seeds.
  • Put the water melon in grinder.
  • Add ginger ½ inch piece.
  • Add mint leaf 10-12.
  • Add ½ table spoon black salt in it.
  • Add 2 table spoon of fresh lemon juice.
  • Blend the whole mix for 2 minutes till it become smooth
  • Add black pepper as needed 

Don’t Do:

  • Don’t use garlic paste
  • Do not add ice

5. Orange and Black Grapes Juice

Ingredients : (preparation for 4 ,100ml each )

  • Orange 1 kg
  • Grapes black ½ kg
  • Mint leaves
  • Crush Black pepper

Wash all the fruits and vegetables before use with baking soda or with hot water

Method:

  • Slice oranges and remove seeds.
  • Put all pieces in mixer.
  • Add grapes after remove all stem.
  • Add mint leaf 5-8.
  • Blend the whole mix for 5 minutes till it become smooth. Add some water if required
  • Complete the drink adding pinch of black pepper. 

Don’t Do:

  • Do not add orange slices with seeds.
  • Do not add ice
